Welcome to the 70th Annual Lions Speakers Contest in Multiple District 4. This contest is open to any student in grades 9 to 12 in the State of California. From January to June, the Contest begins in local Lions Clubs and advances through five additional levels, culminating in a State-wide contest. The winner of each contest receives a cash prize advances to the next level. There is a total of over $100,000 in awards. The winner of the final contest receives $20,000 in scholarships.
